Headed out yesterday with every intention of spending the night in Ouachita National Forest. Unfortunately due to the rain from Cristobal plans changed.

We stopped at the welcome center in Texarkana for several hours to wait out the rain. Beautiful, well kept welcome center with separate RV parking from the trucks. Here we found our rainbow welcoming us.

Once we were sure the rain had stopped we moved on edging closer to the National Forest, but the rain struck again. We ended up spending the night in a walmart parking lot about an hour away.

This morning we were up early to restock at Walmart and head to the nearest state park. We ended up at DeGray Lake State Park in Bismarck, Arkansas. Beautiful Lake with lots trees.

Next we are heading toward Nashville, Tennessee.
