My husband and I went on a trip a little over 2 years ago to Lake Corpus Christi state park. We spent 3 days in our tent roughing it. It was the first time I ever fished. I fell in love immediately.

Learning to fish was a whole new experience for me. A new kind of relaxation that i loved. We didn’t catch but 1 fish the whole 3 days but we sure had fun trying.

We had so much fun at Lake Corpus Christi we have been back to the lake every year since. Last year at this time we rented a house and took the whole family with us.

This year we were planning to head out yesterday to take the camper there for the first time, but it looks like we will be unable to go for a while. Hopefully we will be able to go soon and share our experiences.
