Why write a blog?

My husband I love going on little adventures. It has been our theme for the last 3 years. Our goal is to see and explore as much as we can while we still can. Writing a blog will help me to share my experiences with others.

The state of Texas is just beginning to open back up after the Covid 19 pandemic. During the quarantine we began thinking long and hard about all the things we wanted to see and do. This brought about the decision to buy a small travel trailer.

Throughout the month of April we researched many different travel trailers and ventued out when possible to go look at them in person. We liked a couple that we found but something just wasn’t right about those so we ultimately decided to keep looking.

We finally picked one that we felt was the right size for easy pulling with a 1/2 ton truck. In addition, it was affordable and would be easy for us to manage.

This blog will focus on our adventures and experiences in our new 2019 Gulf Stream Cari. In addition it may include other outdoor adventures that we may go on, for example: we researched and brought electric bikes and are now talking about kayaks.
