We have finally set off on our first adventure in our new camper. We are heading all the way to Ohio and back, with lots of stops along the way.

Day #1 – The plan is to focus on getting through Houston. We are completely set up for boondocking along the way. No reservations just stopping when we need to.

First stop will be Ouachita National Park in Hot Springs, Arizona. We plan to spend at least 1 day adventuring in this national forest, if tropical storm Cristobal doesn’t drop a lot of rain on us.

For planning our trip we are using RV trip wizard and Campendium to find free and open camp grounds. We will also be using Harvest Host to look for some free places to stay. If you haven’t heard of Harvest Host, I have provided a link on my membership page.
